Why bike?

We see group bike rides as more than fun. We see them as a tool to engage in our community, improve our health, and help the environment.

At EcoBike, we welcome everyone. Regardless of it’s your first time riding a bike or your hundredth, we move as one. Mountain biking, in particular, is our favorite form of biking. We believe that biking together motivates and helps members stay active longer. Plus, it’s a healthy, sustainable alternative to driving.

Some, of many, cycling benefits include improved cardiovascular health, decreased levels of stress, and countless smiles. Also a secret they don’t tell you is that riding with friends feels more fun then a workout.

As mentioned earlier, switching to biking in place driving reduces your carbon footprint. You’re carbon footprint is “the total amount of greenhouse gases (including carbon dioxide and methane) released into the atmosphere as a result of human activities”. Or in English, it’s basically how much of the Earth hates you for being human.

At EcoBike, we specialize in building lasting friendships. We not only connect with each other but also our community. We educate. We clean. We ride.
